What Shipping Methods Are Available?

When you checkout your order, you will get an option to choose from available shipping methods based on your delivery location pincode and seller's address. All those shipping method have different charges and couriers, as we are on mission of being completely transparent and want to give you maximum choice, you can choose among the best available option.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we are working towards making International shipping available as soon as possible on your platform.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We show you one expected delivery date on checkout time, this indication of delivery date is coming from our courier partners based on you entered PinCode. So we advice you to add 2 days in that indication to include any delay in shipping and transit.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Razorpay as our standard payment processor. With Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, EMIs ( Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless), PayLater, Netbanking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets, Razorpay provides the most extensive set of payment methods. We do NOT offer cash on delivery at this moment.

Order & Retunrs

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Registered users can cancel the order by going to My Orders link in My Account section. Guest user can contact us to cancel the orders. The shipped order can not be cancelled and instead one can return the order once its shipped to them. To change the order please contact our customer care.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a Guest Customer, but we advice you to create your account so that you can enjoy the features of our site for example wishlist, order management, personalized recommendation and many more.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order using "Track My Order" link on header. Also you can track your order for "My Orders" link in "My Account Section". Alternatively you can track your order from the tracking link provided to you once order shipping process has started. The tracking link is included in the link given in email.

How Can I Return a Product?
