About the Author:
FIONA AGOMBER worked in television and ran her own public relations business before she became ill with M.E. in 1990. She was a Trustee of Action for ME for ten years. She now regularly contributes to Interaction, the charity’s magazine, as well as other health journals. After she recovered, Fiona started teaching yoga in 1999 and now works extensively in therapeutic yoga. fiona runs yoga classes in London and retreats all over the world.
