Shipping Policy
Domestic shipment within India will take 4-5 days . International shipping will take 5-12 days . Package will be shipped via domestic courier service like India post / private courier . Tracking number will be shared with the customer after booking .
Refund Policy
1) Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel the order online.
If we have not shipped the order already, we will help you select an alternate items as per your choice and update the order.
If we have already shipped the order, you can return the items to our Office Address, ONLY if they are unused and sent it in the exact condition they were delivered to you. We will then issue you a Coupon code, in exchange, which you can use at later date till the validity of the Coupon code.
2) Can I get refund ?
We do not have refund . Incase of damage during transit , customer can share the picture/video of
package and email us the same within 1 day of receiving package . The customer should ship back the
product as received without opening original package , The shipping cost will be bore by the customer .
After receiving the package sent , we shall review and send replacement of same item
