We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

In case of complaints, let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please return the package to us within 2 days. Also, please call our customer care at +91- 92890 79343 and email us at kokumstudio@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will try our best to ensure that a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. If we are unable to do so, we shall refund the amount within 10 days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return, viz:

 Blouses are not eligible for return due to sizing issues.
 Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
 Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including all items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
 Any product without a valid, readable, untampered SKU, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise SKU.
